Dr. Jakachira is a Chartered HR & Organisational Development Practitioner with extensive expertise in people management, transformational change, and ISO management systems. She is professionally certified in HR, organisational leadership, management systems auditing, & family counselling. Since 2013, she has led human resources & organisational transformation at Speedlink Cargo Zimbabwe, driving quality management & leadership development. A published author, mentor, & award-winning HR leader, Dr. Jakachira has played a key role in national & regional standardisation initiatives, including contributions to ZWS ISO9001:2015. She serves on various boards, supports women empowerment programmes, & is dedicated to mentoring emerging HR & leadership professionals across the region.
Misheck Ugaro is a practising economist and financial management expert with 32 years of professional experience. He is the President of the Zimbabwe Economics Society. He holds two master's degrees and is currently a PhD candidate in Development Economics. His expertise bridges academic economic research and regional investment banking, having held executive positions across the SADC region (Mozambique, Tanzania, Botswana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe). As the President of the Zimbabwe Economics Society, he leads high-level policy dialogues and research-based solutions for economic development. He is a member of the economics cluster in the national tripartite negotiating forum, which is the country’s policy dialogue platform bringing together business in Zimbabwe, Labour and the Government.
Constance is an accomplished Legal Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, legal compliance, and intellectual property. She is a Partner at Gill, Godlonton & Gerrans Legal Practitioners, where she leads the Intellectual Property Department and advises local and international clients on trademarks, patents, copyrights, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Constance has also served as a Non-Executive Director at Beaufond PLC in Dubai, providing strategic legal counsel on international trade and corporate governance. She is recognised for mentoring legal professionals, managing client portfolios, and delivering high-level legal solutions across diverse sectors, including manufacturing and finance.
Michelle Sibanda is a Zimbabwean lawyer and human rights advocate whose work focuses on empowering vulnerable communities navigating social, economic, and environmental challenges. With professional experience supporting migrants, refugees and survivors of domestic abuse within international systems, she has seen firsthand how climate change intensifies displacement, inequality, and insecurity, especially for women and youth. Michelle leverages her legal and humanitarian background to promote climate justice, climate-aware policy development, and community-driven solutions that leave no one behind. As a board member, she is committed to strengthening climate resilience across Africa through inclusive advocacy, strategic governance, and responsible leadership.
Innocent Rukweza is a Chartered Accountant and experienced finance executive with over 19 years in financial management, investment operations, and corporate governance. He holds advanced degrees in business leadership and accounting, and professional qualifications including CA(Z), ACCA, and FCCA. Innocent serves as Chief Financial Officer at Kuvimba Mining House, where he has led major restructuring, SAP implementation, and capital raising exceeding US$150 million. His career includes senior finance roles in mining, hospitality, and trading, with expertise in IFRS reporting, financial strategy, valuation, and project evaluation. Known for driving organisational growth and mentoring finance professionals, he brings strong leadership in sustainable financial management and corporate stewardship.
Tererai is a finance professional with strong experience in investment operations, compliance, and digital banking. He holds a Master’s in Finance and Digital Banking and a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Finance. As Investments Operations Manager at Fidelity Asset Management, he oversees REITs, equities, bonds, and money market transactions while managing investor communication, risk controls, and regulatory compliance. His previous roles in back-office management and compliance strengthened his expertise in KYC/AML, reconciliations, governance, and operational efficiency. Tererai is dedicated to promoting financial transparency, sound risk management, and sustainable investment operations.
Ronald is an accomplished investment professional with expertise in portfolio management, financial analysis, and strategic advisory. As Investments Manager and Analyst at Delfina Holdings, he leads market research, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and due diligence across multiple asset classes. His previous roles at Akribos Wealth Managers and Akribos Capital strengthened his capabilities in performance analysis, investment operations, and client reporting. Ronald also brings regulatory insight from his experience as a Financial Analyst at the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority. A CFA charterholder with a BCom Honours in Banking and Finance, he is skilled in valuation, financial modelling, and investment strategy.
Adam Tafadzwa Mukushi is a programme specialist & disability-inclusive development advocate with over a decade of experience strengthening social protection systems across Africa. He has led major initiatives supporting children, women, youth, and people with disabilities, managing multi-million-dollar grants & securing funding from global partners such as UNICEF, Oak Foundation, and Liliane Foundation. Adam’s work has shaped national policy, enhanced governance & risk management for partner organisations, & safeguarded thousands of vulnerable children through innovative programmes. He holds a PhD in Social Work and an MBA, & serves as an Adjunct Research Professor at the University of Venda, where he mentors postgraduate students.
A seasoned investment analyst & finance professional with over 15 years of experience in investment strategy, portfolio management, & financial analysis. She currently serves as a Fund Manager at the Local Authorities Pension Fund (LAPF) in Zimbabwe, where she leads investment due diligence, portfolio construction, & asset allocation across diverse asset classes including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. Her career spans roles at Bullion Bourse, Akribos Capital, & the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority, where she developed deep expertise in financial modelling, economic analysis, regulatory advisory, & risk management. Wadzanayi holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and a degree in Economics, complemented by advanced training in data analytics & financial modelling.
